Cette Orders

At CETTE, we believe the art of gift-giving goes beyond the gift itself. We know that the presentation and reveal are just as important as what’s inside, so every order is thoughtfully crafted to create a moment of anticipation and delight. With a focus on thoughtful packaging and eco-friendly materials, we ensure that whether you’re surprising a loved one or treating yourself, each CETTE package is a carefully curated experience that’s as kind to the planet as it is to the recipient.

Most gift sets arrive packaged in our signature CETTE gift box. For sets that don’t include a box, we bring the same thoughtful attention to detail, using a mix of custom wrapping paper and tissue paper, decorative washi tape, and other carefully chosen touches—all designed to make unboxing feel just as special as the present inside.

Mindful creation is the cornerstone of everything we do at CETTE. Our dedication to the planet guides every material choice and design decision. From our organic cotton drawstring bags to our custom boxes printed with eco-friendly, soy-based inks, we prioritize materials that are not just beautiful, but also responsible.

Our sustainability commitment means selecting packaging and products that can be reused, recycled, or composted whenever possible. We prove that exceptional design and environmental consciousness can coexist harmoniously. At CETTE, we're proving that you don't have to compromise great aesthetics to make choices that protect our planet.

Shipping & Returns

Looking this good takes time! Every order is carefully packaged and fulfilled in-house by our team. Please allow 2–4 business days for us to process your order before it ships. Once it’s ready to go, your standard or expedited shipping window will begin.

CETTE offers both standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days. Expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days. The cost varies based on package weight and delivery location. We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Available shipping options at checkout may include UPS and USPS, though these are subject to change. Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is one where either you or the recipient can securely receive packages. 

For bulk orders of 10 or more gift bundles, please email us at orders@shopcette.com before placing your order online. We’ll provide an estimated processing time and delivery schedule to ensure everything arrives as expected. For custom orders, contact us directly at hello@shopcette.com and our team will work with you to create a personalized gifting experience tailored to your needs. If your order hasn’t arrived, we recommend checking your tracking number for the latest updates. If your package is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t been received, please reach out to us at hello@shopcette.com with your order details. Our team will be happy to assist you and guide you through the next steps.

We ship within the continental U.S. International shipping for made-to-order sets and custom orders available upon request.

If you’re in North Carolina and prefer to pick up your order, simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout and you’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready. Orders placed by 12 PM (noon) are available for same-day pickup, while larger orders may take up to one business day. Pickup is available Monday–Friday, 10 AM–4 PM (hours are subject to change). We’re happy to hold orders for up to 7 business days after purchase. If you need more time, just reach out to us at orders@shopcette.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Curated gift sets (gift boxes + bundles), perishable items, vintage items and custom orders are not eligible for return. CETTE does not accept exchanges for any items at this time.

CETTE may accept, at its discretion, returns on select, individually sold products only. Return requests must be made by email orders@shopcette.com within 5 days of receiving the product. A CETTE team member will respond to your return request within 2 business days to confirm if your order is eligible for return. Products authorized for return are eligible for a refund only after the item is received back at the CETTE studio undamaged. Refund is for the product only - any shipping fees paid by the purchaser are non-refundable.

Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged. Return shipping must include tracking and is at the expense of the purchaser.

While rare, we know these things happen! If your order arrives damaged, please email us at orders@shopcette.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include 2–3 photos of the item and its packaging—this helps us find a quick resolution for you. We’re here to make it right!

CETTE offers shipping to multiple locations within the same order. Look for the "Multiple Addresses" option in the cart to make shipping to different recipients in the same order a breeze!
