Cette Orders

At CETTE, we think all gift giving is special, but we also believe that the presentation and the reveal should be equally delightful. So, whether you are surprising someone with a gift or just treating yourself, you can be sure that all orders will arrive  “presentation-ready.”

Want to include a note card with your order? We encourage it! Simply select add a note at checkout and we’ll add a CETTE gift card with your message.

Being thoughtful about what we put out into the world is at the forefront of each decision we make. From our organic cotton drawstring bags to our custom boxes printed with water-based inks, the materials we select are reusable, recyclable, or compostable whenever possible. At CETTE, we're committed to making choices that won’t sacrifice the planet—or great design.

Shipping & Returns

Looking this good takes time. All orders are fulfilled in-house by CETTE and are processed in the order they are received.. Please allow our team 2-4 business days to carefully package and process your order. Once we finish, your standard or expedited shipping window begins.

CETTE offers either a standard or an expedited shipping option. Standard shipping usually takes 2-8 business days. Expedited shipping usually takes 2-3 business days. The cost of expedited shipping will vary depending on the weight of the package and the location of the delivery. CETTE ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). The shipping options available at checkout will include UPS and USPS. These options are subject to change. 

Larger orders consisting of 10 or more bundles may require a longer processing window. Before placing a large order online, please email us at orders@shopcette.com so that we can provide a realistic window for your order to be processed and shipped. For custom orders, please refer to our Custom Giving page.

If you are local and would prefer to pick up your online order, select “Local Pickup” at checkout. CETTE will send an email notification when the  order is ready for pickup, typically between 2-4 business days. CETTE pickup windows are Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m but may be subject to change. Orders can be held for up to 7 business days once the order is placed. If you’re unable to pick up your order within the 7-day window, please contact us at orders@shopcette.com

CETTE accepts returns on select, individually sold products only. Return requests must be made by email at orders@shopcette.com within 5 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged. Return shipping must include tracking and is at the expense of the purchaser. Refunds for select, individually sold products will be processed as soon as the return package is received; however, please allow a few days for the refund to post to your account.

CETTE pre-curated bundles, perishable items, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

CETTE does not accept exchanges for any of its products at this time.

Broken or damaged on arrival? While these are rare occurrences, it happens! Please email us at orders@shopcette.com within 3 days of receiving your order so we can make things right. Be sure to include 2-3 images of your item and its packaging, as this may help us reach a resolution more quickly.

CETTE offers shipping to multiple locations within the same order. Look for the "Multiple Addresses" option in the cart to make shipping to different recipients in the same order a breeze!

We currently offer shipping within the continental United States.
