Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

CETTE offers a standard and an expedited shipping option. Standard shipping usually takes 2-8 business days. Expedited shipping usually takes 2-3 business days. The cost of expedited shipping will vary depending on the weight of the package and the location of the delivery. CETTE ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). The shipping options available at checkout will include UPS and USPS. These options are subject to change. 

Orders of 10 or more bundles may require a longer processing window. Before placing a large order online, please email us at orders@shopcette.com so that we can provide a realistic window for your order to be processed and shipped. For custom orders, please refer to our Business Gifting page.

LOCAL PICKUP

Simply select "local pickup" at checkout to pick up your order at our Hillsborough studio. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, typically within 24-48 hours. Pick up can be arranged Monday through Friday between 10 AM and 4 PM. Orders are held for up to 7 business days. If you’re unable to pick up your order within the 7-day window, please contact us at orders@shopcette.com.
